CLEANERS

C-22 - Liquid cleaner

C-22 is a mild, everyday cleaner that is used to gently remove dirt and grime without leaving a film behind. For hard to remove materials such as oil, grease and grime use C-23.

C-99 is a great cleaning solvent. It can also be used to reduce high viscosity polyaspartic and epoxy materials. The maximum dose should not exceed 10%. SP-10 -100% solids urethane joint filler

SP-10 is a flexible aromatic urethane that has extreme tensile strength and elongation while maintaining a mid-level D shore hardness. It is easy to install and can be shaved or filled to precision without the need to shave. It is designed to allow concrete joints to move freely while reinforcing the shoulder walls of control and expansion joints in concrete.

It can also be used as a flexible pore filler on foam and as a patching material in soft floor applications.

SP-15 -100% solids epoxy patching material

SP-15 consists of a high viscosity, nonylphenol-free, epoxy resin, a thickened, cycloaliphatic amine reactant and a zero, free-silica, powder (PN 1170). This combination, when properly mixed, achieves a non-shrinking patching paste with high compressive and tensile strength and which is easy to shape, sand and grind after initial cure.

P-00 is our 3 to 1 workhorse, pre-pigmented, 100% solids epoxy primer. High-hiding, good flow and leveling, and flexibility are characteristics of this high-quality epoxy. The cured material has good, broad-range, chemical resistance as well as good abrasion and impact resistance.

P-01 - 100% solids 3:1 clear epoxy primer/body/finish

P-01 is our 3 to 1 workhorse, clear, 100% solids epoxy primer. P-01 can be used with our full line of colorants (PN 1339) to provide extreme color flexibility*. P-03 - 2K WB clear epoxy concrete primer

P-03 is a two component, WB epoxy primer/sealer. It has excellent adhesion to concrete and provides fast dry and early hardness properties. P-03 is most often used as a concrete floor primer or soft concrete primer but can also be used as a vertical primer on concrete and wallboard. It has moderate UV resistance, compared with most epoxies and has very low odor. It is easy to apply and provides an excellent base layer for subsequent coatings of all types.

P-20 - 2K 100% solids pigmented polyurea basecoat/primer

P-20 is a two-component pigmented polyurea coating for use as a primer on concrete and as a basecoat for broadcast aggregates and 1 Day flake systems. It is the perfect choice for priming concrete that has been exposed to oils, or when quick turn-around time is required. P-20 is most often used as a pigmented basecoat for flake systems or as a concrete primer. It has excellent adhesive properties and can be used as a primer for tinted Polymer Nation finish coats. P-21 is a two-component clear polyurea coating for use as a primer on concrete and as a basecoat for broadcast aggregates and flake. It is the perfect choice for priming concrete that has been exposed to oils, or when quick turn-around time is required. It comes in three speeds, Summer, Winter and High Heat. All three speeds use the same Part B. P-21 is most often used as a tinted basecoat for 1 Day flake systems. P-99 2K 100% solids epoxy MVS primer

P-99 is a state of the art, moisture vapor suppression system epoxy primer. It employs a modified epoxy backbone to achieve deep penetration and alkali resistance. This deep penetrating, tenacious bonding material, when properly installed, reduces moisture vapor emission rates, through concrete, to .1 perm or less. This allows for subsequent coating of troubled concrete with non-permeable floor finishes. P-99 is used when concrete testing, per ASTM F2170, shows average RH readings between 75% and 99% or when moisture vapor emissions are suspected, and an additional level of moisture protection is desired. P-99 is installed directly to properly prepare concrete. Testing shows P-99 performs well both on concrete prepared to a, ICRI, CSP 2 and CSP 3*. Can be tinted with color pak.

F-00 consist of a pre-pigmented low viscosity, nonylphenol-free, TIO2-filled, epoxy resin (E1W) with our robust modified cycloaliphatic amine reactant (H1). F-01 -100% solids clear epoxy primer/body/finish

F-01 is most often used as a broadcast resin and darker decorative metallic flooring projects, but it also performs well as a slower curing clear primer, a stand-alone concrete sealer and as a slower setting patching material when combined with PN 1324 or PN1329 aggregate. It’s low odor and low viscosity make it perfect for decorative flooring projects as well as industrial applications.

F-41 - UV resistant 100% solids clear epoxy flooring

F-41 is most often used as a metallic bodycoat for light colored decorative concrete flooring projects that may experience higher UV exposure than is found in most interior environments. F-41 consist of a low viscosity, nonylphenol-free, clear, UV resistant epoxy resin (E5) with our UV resistant, cycloaliphatic amine reactant (H4). This combination achieves a UV resistant, clear epoxy with good flow and leveling, characteristics. The cured material has good broad-range chemical resistance as well as good abrasion and impact resistance.

F-41 SLT Clear UV Resistant Epoxy Slurry Terrazzo

F-41 SLT consist of our clear, UV resistant epoxy and proprietary ultra-fine color quartz blends to create a 1/16″ decorative floor finish. This mixture allows the installer to blend 8 custom colors to create a unique floor finish. When PN 1321 Glint is added to the mix, the finish comes alive with light reflectivity. The cured material has high compressive strength (three times that of concrete) , great impact resistance and can be finish-coated with various epoxy and polyaspartic topcoats. F-41 SLQ is primarily used to create an inexpensive, decorative and durable floor finish. With the appropriate conditions and a skilled installer, it can be installed in 2 days after preparation.

F-41 TDQ – UV resistant 100% solids epoxy quartz trowel down

F-41 TDQ is primarily used as a decorative, UV epoxy overlay to protect and/or repair concrete. Because it is a mortar, it is the ideal material for sloping floors and creating ramps and transitions. It can also be troweled vertically by skilled technicians to make cove base and stunning wall finishes. U-20 is a breakthrough technology combining urethane and polyaspartic polyols to create our state-of-the-art Urespartic™. By combining our Urespartic™ polyol with our proprietary Iso blend we are able to create a high-solids, pigmented finish that will not yellow, maintains its established sheen and passes 2500 MEK double rubs! It is manufactured in a gloss but the sheen can be reduced using PN C-20 Sheen Reducer. U-45 – Solvent based acrylic sealer

U-45 is a single component solvent based urethane acrylic flake sealer and grout coat. It is used as a pre-treatment over a flake broadcast before applying the final top coat to help the flake lay flat and fill any voids for a very smooth result with the final topcoat. U-45 is primarily used as a clear sealer over concrete or cementitious surfaces due to its excellent wear and abrasion resistance. It is reduced in the field with xylene to achieve application viscosity; this is usually done at a ratio of 1:1 by volume. Solvents with low flash points (i.e., acetone) are not recommended to use as a reducing agent due to rapid evaporation rates; this can be problematic for both application and finish properties. A minimum of 2 coats is recommended for complete sealing of the substrate.

U-51 1k 100% Solids clear high Gloss, Satin or Matte MCU

U-51 is a 100% solids, 1K non-yellowing, single component, aliphatic moisture cure urethane coating with excellent wear, stain resistance and adhesion properties. When used as a topcoat over conventional coatings, U-51 provides UV-light protection and dramatically improved abrasion resistance. C-55 is used to accelerate the cure me for all our isocyanate reacted materials. It is important to note that while the cure time will be shorter, the working me will also shorten when using this additive. A starting point is 2.5-3.5 ml to a 2- or 3-gallon mix.

FLEXIBLE/SOFT FLOOR/DECK COATINGS

SP-20 – 100% Solids urethane membrane

SP-20 is a flexible aromatic urethane that has extreme tensile strength with an A shore hardness of 75. It is easy to install, has little odor and has elongation of over 1000%. It far outperforms epoxy membranes in crack-bridging and as a waterproofing membranes under Polymer Nation floor systems. SP-20 is primarily used as a membrane in parking decks and waterproofing applications. It can also be used as a flexible broadcast resin, as a binder in flexible floor applications and bulked up using fumed silica to make a flexible patching paste.

SP-24 – 100% Solids aliphatic flexible topcoat

SP-24 is a flexible aliphatic urethane designed to provide a semi-flexible wear surface as part of a traffic coating system or waterproofing floor system. It is easy to install, has little odor and provides a UV stable, tough, abrasion and chemical resistant topcoat.
